- Once an order is placed, we will not accept size changes. To make any changes, your order will be canceled and you will be required to reorder within the time frame of the sale being conducted. We cannot guarantee the size(s) will be available once an order is canceled.
- Customers who choose the incorrect shipping method and/or request a change in address, will cause a delay in processing your order and/or be subject to cancellation.
- International customers are responsible for all duties and taxes imposed by customs. We cannot devalue the cost of a purchase.
- Reselling Albino & Preto merchandise of commercial websites, private websites, and /or other resell channels is prohibited.

Prompt Delivery and Professional Packaging
We offer a broad range of shipping options owing to our long-standing relationships with UPS, FedEx and DHL. Our warehouse employees will pack each item according to our strict specifications. Your items are carefully inspected and properly secured before shipping. We ship to hundreds of thousands of customers each day across various countries. Note: Orders that include more than one item are assigned a processing period depending on the item.
Prior to shipment, all purchased items will be thoroughly inspected. The majority of orders today are shipped in 48 hours. The expected delivery time will be between 3 and 7 days.
Returns
Due to the multiple parties involved, including the factory and the warehouse, we are unable to fully manage stock. The actual stock levels can fluctuate at any time. Please be aware it's possible your order may be unable to fill after you place the order.
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If you don't receive your product within 30 days, we are not able to issue the option of a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in good condition and in the same condition as you received it. The item must be in its original packaging.
