- Please note, pre-order items are made to order with an estimated ship date mid February. If for any reason, you would like to cancel your pre-order, we must receive your request no later than April 30th, 2021. Any cancellation requests made after April 30th will be on an approval basis and will be refunded in the form of merchandise credit (NO EXCEPTIONS).
- Once a pre-order is placed, we will not accept size changes. To make any changes, your order will be canceled and you will be required to reorder within the time frame of the pre-order sale being conducted.

Note: Orders that include more than one item are assigned a processing period depending on the item.
Prior to shipment, all purchased items will be thoroughly inspected. The majority of orders today are shipped in 48 hours. The expected delivery time will be between 3 and 7 days.
Returns
Due to the multiple parties involved, including the factory and the warehouse, we are unable to fully manage stock. The actual stock levels can fluctuate at any time. Please be aware it's possible your order may be unable to fill after you place the order.
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If you don't receive your product within 30 days, we are not able to issue the option of a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in good condition and in the same condition as you received it. The item must be in its original packaging.
